Ordering
How do I order and what should I check?
Choose the product, specification, quantity and delivery country, upload the required artwork and add it to your cart. At checkout, check your real address, postcode, shipping method, currency and final total. Select direct production or a digital proof before continuing to payment.
Direct-order uploads accept JPG, PNG and WEBP, up to 10MB per file. Upload both sides where required. Bulk Quote attachments also accept PDF and ZIP, up to 20MB per file.
We can help check basic size, resolution and bleed requirements. Follow the requirements for your specific product. Contact support before ordering if you need design or layout help; fees and timing require confirmation and free design is not assumed.
After payment, we prepare your proof. Once it is ready, sign in to Member centre → Digital proofs to view it, approve it or request changes. The proof email also contains a review link. Selecting a proof at checkout does not mean it is ready yet.
What is the difference between direct production and a digital proof?
Direct production skips digital-proof approval but still requires captured payment and print-ready artwork. With a digital proof, we prepare a preview after payment for you to review, approve or request changes in your member centre. Selecting this option does not mean the proof is ready.
How do I request proof changes? What if I do not reply?
Open the record in Member centre → Digital proofs and submit clear changes. A change request pauses approval; review the revised version. The stated review window is 48 hours; without a reply, production may proceed with the original uploaded artwork. Use the deadline and status on your proof page. Chat messages do not replace approval or revision actions there.
For requests linked to your account, sign in to Member centre → Inquiries & quotes to read replies and quotations. Guest requests are answered using the email or WhatsApp details provided; they are not automatically linked to an account.
Use Bulk Quote on the relevant product page. Give the product, specification, quantity, country and reply details; attach files if useful. Account-linked replies appear in Member centre → Inquiries & quotes; guests receive replies by their supplied email or WhatsApp. Open the quotation or secure link, check validity, address, shipping, currency and total before paying. Contact support if it is expired or incorrect.
Sign in to view your orders and payment status. Shipment details appear in My logistics after dispatch information is recorded. For a payment discrepancy, contact support; do not pay again without checking.
How do currency, member discounts and European prices work?
Delivery country determines currency: GBP for the UK, EUR for supported European markets and USD for supported US orders. Language is separate. Displayed prices include the current offer; membership discounts are not added again. France, Spain, Poland and Austria share the same selling price for the same specification with default delivery. Air upgrades or remote fees may change the final total.
Which payments are supported? What if I was charged but my order is unpaid?
Use the methods actually offered at checkout. PayPal is integrated; other methods depend on current availability, and payment logos do not confirm every card type is enabled. If a charge and order status disagree, keep your order number and transaction record and contact support before paying again. Never send a full card number, password or verification code in chat.
We produce and dispatch from China. Standard production is usually completed the following day after captured payment and confirmation of print-ready artwork; proof orders start after approval or the stated review window. Estimated transit after dispatch: air 8–12 days; land 20–25 days. Bulk and special orders need confirmation. Arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Blocked postcodes cannot be used for delivery orders. Some other remote areas can be served with a surcharge added once per shipping charge and converted to the checkout currency. Enter your real postcode and check availability and the final total; do not use a false postcode.
Is default shipping included? How much is an air upgrade?
Where the route is available, orders up to and including 1.5kg default to included air shipping; heavier orders default to included land shipping. Upgrading a heavier order to air adds the positive difference between applicable air and land costs once. Remote fees may apply. Check route availability and the final checkout total.
Serviceable UK Zone2 addresses add CNY20 per shipping charge; UK Zone3 and listed Italian remote postcodes add CNY10, converted to checkout currency. Items with the same shipping method are grouped; separate air and land groups may each incur a charge. This is not charged per printed card. Blocked postcodes cannot be served even for an extra fee.
Under the current shipping policy, no additional import duties are payable on delivery. Applicable VAT or other taxes are shown at checkout or confirmed in your quotation before payment. This does not mean that all tax rates are zero.
What if tracking has not updated or I need delivery by a specific date?
Check Member centre → My logistics for recorded shipment details. If information is missing or has not updated for a long time, contact support with your order number. Production completion is not delivery and transit times are estimates. Confirm deadline feasibility before payment; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Can I change my address or artwork, or cancel an order?
Contact support promptly with your order number and request. Changes or cancellation depend on the actual production and shipping stage and need human confirmation. Changes cannot be promised once custom production starts, nor can an address change be guaranteed after dispatch.
What if my goods are damaged, incorrect or have a quality problem?
Keep the goods and packaging and provide your order number, a description and relevant photos. The current policy asks you to contact us within 14 days of delivery; complete return requests normally receive a reply within 2 business days. Refunds or reprints require review. Wait for written instructions before returning or disposing of goods. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
How do I contact a person? Must I fill in a form first?
Use live chat, email or WhatsApp. General questions do not require a company name, phone number or full address. For an order issue, support may ask for an order number and contact email. Human availability and response times vary. Chat cannot itself verify payment or replace formal quote or proof actions.
