Privacy Policy

1. Who handles your information

This policy concerns https://customprint.top/.

This website is jointly operated by Weifang Yinchuang E-commerce Co., Ltd. (潍坊引创电子商务有限公司), registered at Shengcheng Sub-district, Shouguang City, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China, and TELIOS TRADING LIMITED, registered at 134 Corfield St, London, England, E2 0DS.

Customer service contact: z18654366999@gmail.com.

2. Information we use

Depending on how you use the website, we may handle your name, email, delivery details, account information, order and payment status, uploaded artwork, customisation instructions and customer-service messages. Technical information such as IP address, browser details and access logs may also be generated.

3. How information is used

We use information to answer enquiries, manage accounts and orders, prepare proofs and custom products, process payments and refunds, arrange delivery, provide support, protect the website and meet legal record-keeping duties.

4. Artwork and private customer files

Artwork uploaded for a product, quote or order is stored in private application storage rather than as a public image link. A signed-in customer can use their artwork for their own order; authorised production and support staff can access it when needed to check files, prepare proofs, manufacture products, investigate an issue or answer a quote. Quote attachments are not published as product examples unless we obtain separate permission. We do not use customer artwork for marketing by default.

5. Service providers, cookies and optional measurement

Hosting, payment, production, fulfilment, shipping and support providers process information needed to provide our service. Essential storage supports sessions, accounts, carts, delivery and language preferences. Live chat connects to its provider when you request it.

Optional analytics and advertising tags are disabled until you choose the corresponding category in Privacy settings. When configured and permitted by your choice, Google Analytics measures visits and order events, Google Ads measures advertising conversions, and Meta Pixel measures advertising events. Conversion data can include product IDs, an order reference, payment amount and currency. Customer artwork, uploaded file references, delivery addresses and payment card information are not included in these measurement events.

Campaign parameters may be retained with an enquiry or order after the corresponding consent, to understand its source. You can reject optional storage, select analytics and marketing separately, or withdraw consent using Privacy settings. Withdrawing stops future optional events; it does not recall data already sent. Browser privacy controls may also apply. Google Analytics is configured with a public measurement identifier, but analytics remains disabled until you grant analytics consent.

After you allow analytics, our own website also records limited visit observations: IP address, referring website domain, campaign UTM labels, public page paths and a broad device category inferred from the browser. We do not retain full referring URLs, arbitrary page query strings, advertising click IDs or raw browser identifiers in this visit-source report. The observations are kept locally for approximately 90 days, are visible only to the primary administrator, and help compare traffic sources and improve the website. Shared IP addresses, browser privacy controls and missing consent limit accuracy; these observations do not identify individual people.

6. Retention, security and requests

We retain artwork and quote attachments while the quote, order, proof, support matter or dispute is active, and then review them for deletion when no longer reasonably needed. Order, payment and accounting records may be retained for longer where required by law. We use access controls, private file storage, content validation, signed references and no-cache delivery for customer files, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights by emailing z18654366999@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant quote or order, but do not email passwords or full payment card details.

7. International processing and updates

Our joint operators are based in China and the United Kingdom, and service providers may process information in other countries. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change.
