1. Request period
Contact z18654366999@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order if it is damaged, incorrect or appears to have a printing defect. Include the order number, a description and photographs. This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
2. Custom printed products
Custom products are made to your specifications. Change-of-mind returns and errors in artwork or specifications approved by the customer are generally unavailable. If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or do not match the approved order, we will assess the issue and may offer a reprint, replacement or refund.
3. Return instructions
Contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm the correct return address and instructions. If the issue is caused by our printing defect, damage or dispatch error, we cover the agreed return shipping cost.
4. Refund timing
After a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within 3 business days. The payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
5. Cancellation
Contact us before production begins to request cancellation. Once custom production has begun, change-of-mind cancellation is generally unavailable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
