1. Who we are

These terms apply to https://customprint.top/ (CustomPrint) and orders placed through this website.

This website is jointly operated by Weifang Yinchuang E-commerce Co., Ltd. (潍坊引创电子商务有限公司), registered at Shengcheng Sub-district, Shouguang City, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China, and TELIOS TRADING LIMITED, registered at 134 Corfield St, London, England, E2 0DS.

2. Products, prices and orders

Review the product specification, quantity, currency, delivery destination and artwork requirements before ordering. Prices shown on a product page are the prices for the selected specification. Where a product page states free shipping, the standard delivery charge is included in that displayed price.

3. Artwork and proof confirmation

You must have permission to use the artwork, trademarks and other content you provide. Choose direct production or a digital proof at checkout. Review proofs and approve or request changes in your customer proof centre, or use an agreed customer-service channel. Proof orders follow the stated 48-hour review window; a request for changes pauses the window pending a revised proof. Production starts only after payment is captured and the artwork is accepted, and for proof orders after approval or expiry of the stated window. Products are produced and dispatched from China.

4. Production, changes and cancellation

Standard orders are usually produced by the following day after payment is captured and print-ready artwork is confirmed. For digital-proof orders, this period starts after approval or the end of the stated 48-hour review window; requests for changes pause the process. Bulk orders, special finishing and artwork revisions require separate confirmation. Transit time is additional. Artwork revisions, bulk orders and special finishing may require additional time. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Orders cancelled before production begins may be refunded. Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellation is generally unavailable, subject to mandatory consumer rights and remedies for defective or incorrect goods.

5. Delivery and returns

No additional import duties are payable on delivery. Any applicable VAT or other taxes will be shown at checkout or confirmed in your quotation before payment. Product pages show the available Land Shipping and Air Shipping choices and their estimated transit times. The Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy explain delivery support, returns and refunds. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

This choice of law is subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
