This website is jointly operated by Weifang Yinchuang E-commerce Co., Ltd. (潍坊引创电子商务有限公司), registered at Shengcheng Sub-district, Shouguang City, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China, and TELIOS TRADING LIMITED, registered at 134 Corfield St, London, England, E2 0DS.
1. Production and dispatch
Products are produced and dispatched from China. Production begins only after payment is captured and artwork is accepted. Choose direct production or a digital proof at checkout. Proof orders require approval or the end of the stated 48-hour review window; a request for changes pauses that window. Standard orders are usually produced by the following day after payment is captured and print-ready artwork is confirmed. For digital-proof orders, this period starts after approval or the end of the stated 48-hour review window; requests for changes pause the process. Bulk orders, special finishing and artwork revisions require separate confirmation. Transit time is additional.
2. Included delivery choices
For products marked free shipping, the standard delivery charge is included in the displayed product price. The product page shows only the methods available for your delivery country, allowing you to select the available Land Shipping or Air Shipping method. For destinations with both methods available, orders up to and including 1.5 kg include Air Shipping by default. Orders above 1.5 kg include Land Shipping by default. If you choose Air Shipping above 1.5 kg, the positive difference between the air and land delivery quotes is added once and shown before payment. Available routes and weight limits depend on the destination; US, Canadian and Australian orders currently use air-only services. Australian delivered prices include the available air service at all offered weights; no land-to-air upgrade surcharge applies. Australian no-service postcodes cannot be delivered to, and orders over 20 kg require a carton quotation.
- Air Shipping (destinations other than Australia and Canada): approximately 8–12 days after dispatch.
- Australia air service: the carrier lists 7–12 natural days as a collection reference, not a payment-to-door guarantee. Final timing is confirmed before ordering.
- Canada air service: Canadian delivered prices include standard air delivery for eligible addresses, with no land-to-air surcharge. The carrier collection reference is 12–15 natural days excluding production, and final delivery timing varies. Address and parcel restrictions apply; orders over 30 kg require confirmation before ordering.
- Land Shipping (where available): approximately 20–25 days after dispatch.
These are transit estimates after dispatch and exclude production time. Customs processing, holidays, remote destinations and carrier disruption can cause delays. No additional import duties are payable on delivery. Any applicable VAT or other taxes will be shown at checkout or confirmed in your quotation before payment.
3. Delivery restrictions
Delivery is offered only where a rate is available for the selected destination, product and weight. If checkout cannot quote a route, request a quote before payment. Remote or restricted addresses require confirmation before ordering. The London registered office is not a production or dispatch warehouse.
4. Address and delivery support
